If you purchased Lion Brand yarn or needles in a retail store and there is a quality issue with the product, we suggest you first attempt to return it to the store from which you purchased it. If they will not accept it, you may return it to us along with the labels and receipt and we will replace it. We can only replace yarn purchased in the past 30 days from authorized retailers. We do not provide refunds of products not purchased directly from lionbrand.com. The labels help us determine whether there is a manufacturing problem and can pinpoint it to a specific product and dye lot.
I bought yarn in a store and I am not satisfied with the quality of my purchase. They will not take the yarn back. What do I do?
