CHANGES
Orders in our system cannot be edited. If you would like to change the contents of your order, you will need to cancel it and reorder the desired contents.
CANCELLATIONS
Customers are able to cancel most orders within the first two hours of placing it. To cancel an order, visit that order's status page within your Lion Brand® account and use the "Cancel Order" button. This page can also be reached by clicking the "View your order" button within your order confirmation email.
Please note that orders containing gift cards cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order and the cancellation window has expired, you may try submit a ticket using the "contact support" link below with and enter ‘cancellation request’ in the subject line along with the order number. Everything will be done to accommodate the cancellation, but depending upon where the order is in processing, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee it. In this case, you may refuse delivery or return it to us for a merchandise refund.
RETURNS
We offer our customers the option to return products within sixty (60) days after the product shipment date excluding certain products that may not be returnable (e.g., final sale products). All returned products must be unused. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. Any products not returned in accordance with the return procedures may be donated or destroyed and no refund will be issued.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your refund to be fully processed. The amount of your refund is determined only by the products you are returning – shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
To initiate a return please print, fill out, and include the following form in your return package: View Return Form
