• Please visit our online returns portal to start a return and be sure to include your original order number as well as the order number on the package you received
• Let us know if you would like a free reshipment or a full refund

We will let you know if the order you received needs to be returned – if so, we'll provide a prepaid label for you to ship it back to us.
